When I was gearing up to start my first round of Whole30, I remember feeling so anxious about grocery shopping. I didn’t want to accidentally purchase and consume something that was non-compliant! I sort of felt like the whole thing was one giant trick question. That couldn’t be further from the truth, and after a couple of trips to the grocery store, shopping “clean” has become second nature to me. Since completing my Whole30 in May, several people have requested tips for shopping. I’ve compiled a basic grocery list, which you can download and print, here.
