We didn’t have a chance to properly celebrate Father’s Day, so last week we made a special shopping trip to Walmart, where we picked up these Smithfield pork spareribs along with a few other BBQ favorites. One of the things I love about most summer is the food — especially fresh fruit and anything grilled!
take full advantage of the amenities when we can. This was our first
time using one of the park grills but it definitely won’t be our last.
Once Ben got it heated up enough, the ribs were very easy to make! This is known as the “low and slow” method and it’s super simple!
1 tbsp chili powder
3 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground cumin
