Every year I vow to think about, save, and shop deals for Christmas year around. And every year October lands me in panic mode. Wouldn’t you know I haven’t purchased a single gift yet? I’ve also found two super easy ways to earn cash for Christmas shopping and I want to share them with you!

Swagbucks is a website that allows you to earn gift cards through various exercises online. I started using Swagbucks the fall of 2014 as a way to earn Amazon gift cards to purchase Benjamin’s Christmas gifts. I’ve been using this website every holiday season since! It’s super simple to sign up, and once you do, you can complete daily tasks to earn what’s known as “Swagbucks”. Essentially, 100 SB (Swagbucks) = $1. It may seem like it’s going to take you a while to earn that $1, but let me tell you how simple it is! Here are some of the ways you can earn SB:
- Answer the Daily Poll. (Literally, one question.)
- Answer surveys.
- Use the search function (similar to Google).
- Check out the Deal of the Day.
- Watch videos.
- Complete the Daily To Do List to earn Bonus SB!
- Earn SB daily for Bonuses.
- SHOP online!! Sometimes they offer 2-3 SB per $1 and this really adds up quick! I’ve even purchased airline tickets (through Priceline, Expedia, etc.) through Swagbucks.
From time to time, Swagbucks will host a SWAGO event, which is similar to BINGO. They actually just had one that ended today. I was able to complete the entire board in the allotted time, and automatically earned an additional 500 SB. In total, during the event this week, I’ve earned 1,550 SB; or $15.50. Not a bad deal!
When you sign up, you’ll receive your own referral link! Earn 10% of THEIR earnings for life!!! This means if your friend earns 500 SB, you’ll automatically receive 50 SB.
