My Custom Crystal & Essential Oils Roller (and Benefits)

This morning I shared the following photo and caption on my health and wellness Instagram account. I promised to share the new custom roller I made for myself and it's benefits, but when I sat down to type everything out I saw that it was much more suited to a blog post than photo caption. So here it goes!
"Did you get to see the Super Blood Blue Moon this morning? 🌕 I saw the moon rising when I put these outside for a cleansing. This morning I put the tiny pieces of amethyst and clear quartz in a roller with a new custom EO blend for myself. 😍 I’ll share it in a bit. 💖"

Phew, okayonto the roller deets! Please note that this is a custom blend meant only for myself. It's hard to tell in the photo because of the light (how beautiful right?) but I included tiny pieces of Amethyst and Clear Quartz. In regards to essential oils, you can decide for yourself if you should combine blends/synergies into a roller. I chose to use Young Living essential oil blends that were similar in content and only 5 drops per blend other than Acceptance, in which I used 20. The rest of the 10 ml roller bottle was filled with fractionated coconut oil. (The bottles I have are no longer available but how gorgeous are these??)

The Young Living essential oil blends I included are:

Acceptance: According to the Essential Oils Pocket Reference, "Acceptance stimulates the mind, compelling us to open and accept new things, people, or relationships in life, allowing one to reach higher potential. It also helps us to overcome procrastination and denial." Boom! I used the most of this one. This blend includes Almond oil as the carrier oil (rich source of vitamin E; nutrient for brain and nervous system), Coriander (supports healthy immune function), Geranium (for balancing hormones -- I love this floral scent!), Bergamot (both uplifting and calming; ability to relieve anxiety, stress, and tension), Frankincense (SO many benefits; one of my very favorite EOs -- in this blend it's used to combat sad feelings), Sandalwood (helps remove negative programming in the cells), Blue Tansy (overcome anger and negative emotions; promotes a feeling of self-control), Neroli (stabilizes emotions; promotes peace, confidence, and awareness), and Ylang Ylang (another favorite! promotes relaxation, balances energies, restores confidence, alleviates insomnia).

Valor: Similar to the Amethyst crystals, I've included Valor to increase feelings of strength, courage, and self-esteem. Like Acceptance, it includes Blue Tansy and Frankincense. It also includes Spruce (helps open and release emotional blocks; brings a feeling of balance and grounding) and Rosewood (also very grounding and strengthening; high in linalool, which has a relaing, empowering, and uplifting effect.

Stress Away: I used this because I LOVE the smell. As the name suggests, this blend promotes relaxation, improves mental response, and restores equilibrium. It contains Vanilla, which is the main scent. It also includes Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood (improves thoughts/memory; stabilizing and grounding), Lavender, and Ocotea (induces feelings of completeness, creating an environment of peace and tranquility).

White Angelica: "Increases and strengthens the aura around the body to bring a renewed sense of strength and protection, creating a feeling of wholeness... Its frequency neutralizes negative energy and gives a feeling of security."EOPR It consists of Ylang Ylang, Spruce, Rosewood, Geranium, Sandlewood, and Bergamot... as well as Myrrh (helps stimulate the control center for emotions and hormone release in the brain), Coriander (supports healthy immune function), Hyssop (balances emotions, stimulates creativity and meditation), Melissa (brings out gentleness; calming and balancing to emotions), Rose (the highest frequency among EOs; creates a sense of balance, harmony, and well-being. creates a magnetic energy that attracts love and brings joy to the heart), and Angelica (helps calm emotions; helps to let go of negative feelings/trauma/anger).

Clarity: "Promotes a clear mind and amplifies mental alertness and vitality. It increases energy when overly tired and brings greater focus to the spirit and mind."EOPR Ingredients include: Ylang Ylang, Coriander, Geranium, Bergamot, as well as Cardamom (uplifting, refreshing, invigorating), Rosemary (helps overcome mental fatigue; stimulates memory), Peppermint, Lemon, Jasmine (stimulates the mind and improves concentration), Roman Chamomile (combats restlessness, tension, and insomnia; purges toxins from liver, where anger is stored; clears mental blocks), and Palmarosa (stimulating, revitalizing, and enhances both the nervous and cardiovascular system).

Here is why I only use Young Living essential oils. Thanks for taking the time to read. Please don't hesitate to shoot me a message either through my blog or website, if you want to chat EOs!
